Discover a space where you can express yourself freely, explore your abilities, and become more confident in communication and everyday life.
Do I need any previous acting experience?
No. No previous experience is required. We will gradually develop all the necessary skills during the classes through practical exercises, voice and body work, improvisation, and interaction with others. All you need is curiosity and a willingness to try.
What happens during the classes?
We work with voice, body, attention, improvisation, and interaction. Through acting exercises, you learn to feel more comfortable in front of others, express your thoughts more clearly, communicate more naturally, and become less afraid of expressing yourself.
What if I am shy?
That is absolutely fine. You do not need to arrive already feeling confident or uninhibited. The classes are designed to help you gradually expand your freedom of expression at a comfortable pace.
What will I gain from the training?
The program helps develop confidence, freedom of self-expression, expressive speech, control of the voice and body, communication skills, and greater comfort with being the centre of attention. These are skills that can be used far beyond the stage — at work, when meeting new people, during presentations, and in everyday communication.
How long does the program last?
The program runs throughout the year and includes one 120-minute class per week.
Is there a shelter in the building where the classes take place?
Yes. Classes take place in a basement-level space that also functions as a shelter.
